How to Register on MTS selfcare - MBlaze Ultra Wifi (Lava DF800) usb dongle

I have Lava DF800 MTS Mblaze Ultra Wifi USB modem, it works in both way, you can connect it to laptop directly in usb or you can plug it anywhere in your house and then use it through your laptop wifi. So far, its good but problem is that I can't create account on MTS selfcare website because it asks me to set it to Hybrid mode but I can't find any option to set it to hybrid mode. I have searched all location in the interface settings but no clue how can do that. So registration on https://selfcare.mtsindia.in is not working . Help please.

I think you should call customer care becasue in my case, when I wanted to create account, it sent me passcode to my registered mobile number and not on modem and then I was able to activated my account and can see my details there.
