Wana Book New Swift swift-Diesel or Petrol for city driving?

Hi There!!!!

I am planning to buy a car in 5-6 lakh for city driving purposes. It will be used just once or twice in a week and rarely more. But I have two apprehensions

1. Is Swift the best car in this range.

2. Should I get the Diesel or Petrol version

I will be more interested in upcoming model and would mainly use it for city driving purposes.

If you are intended for swift then Swift Diesel is one of the best as it gives you good mileage as well its time tested and there are many satisfied customer of this car.
