Datawind Ubislate 7C+ tablet service problem

Hi friends

Three month ago, i purchased datawind ublisalete 7C+ because this device is very cheap and uses android Operating system. I want to use android on tablet and as far my budget was concerned i purchased it.

But after two months, it starts giving many problem i went to the service center as it was under warranty and give them for repair, but they took the tablet and 1 month is escaped. every time when i go what happen they said your product is under service we will make it available soon.

I think they are unable to fix my device so they are keep on delaying. I don't know what to do, it looks like i have been cheated. Anyone help??? what i can do
