Is Airtel becoming greedy?

Hi everyone. I was a big Airtel fan one year back because of their quality services. The quality of their service has come down dramatically and they are sucking too much money out of the consumer pocket. Is Airtel becoming greedy? What is your opinion?

By what factors you think their quality had degraded ?
Yes, there was time when their services were good compared to others but I don't think they are degraded ..
