Powerul / Fastest onboard graphic card motherboard (AMD or Intel)

I am looking to buy a computer but I don't want to buy separate graphic card. I have my reason to not to buy separate graphic card. I know that dedicated GPU is best but I need most powerful motherboard with fastest on board graphics on it. Actually I need a very small computer and it is requried for some special reasons so I need to make best performing motherboard. I will prefer AMD based motherboard but if it is intel based then it is good. My budget for motherboard is Rs. 10000 , not more than that. Motherboard must have all latest features because I don't want to look it outdated in few months.
