Commercial use detected - Teamviewer blocked even when using for friends only

Hi,

I sometimes use teamviewer to help out friends with computer related issue. Generally I am sharing screen to just tell them basic things and nothing commercial at all but I got error from TeamViewer and I can't do anything more :

But I am only using it to help out friends. What is solution to fix this issue. Or should I go for some alternative of TeamViewer ?

Why don't you simply send them a mail and explaining that you are only using it for friends and personal purpose.

If they unblocks it then fine or you may reset it by following steps :

• First Close Teamviewer, if it is running.
  
• Click on Start –> Run –> type %appdata% –> delete TeamViewer folder
  
• Delete registry folder: hkcu/software/teamviewer and hklm/software/teamviewer
  
• Restart your Teamviewer and you should get a new ID and also should solve the “Commercial Use Suspected” problem.
  

This is a good software for the network related problems and save the time for the regular service.
