Process of Lok Adaalat Registration for dispute solution

Hi friends,

A friend has asked to find out details how to get case filed at Lok Adaalat, what is the process of getting registered there. He is in some trouble due to some issue related to his business and his family members involvement in that. Now he wants me to help him but I have no information and can't find on internet properly.

Also, if anyone has ever experienced anything similar or experience of raising issues at Lok adaalat then would be a great help if he share with me. I am talking about people's court.

If you want to file your case you can approach the HOn'ble High Court legal services authority by sending all the papers along with the letter and also there are Pre Litigation Cases entertained by all the courts kindly check whether is there any such provision with the District Legal Services Authority at your district.
