Tata Photon plus modem (olive vme 102) not deteced in windows 8

Hi friends

I have another problem, it is about my tata photon plus modem, it is sometimes detected in my computer and sometimes it is not. I have to restart computer and re-insert and shows up but many times it doesn't . Please tell me what is the problem. All other usb devices and ports are working so I think it is not problem with my computer but problem with dongle only. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times but it is not detected any more.

Generally this problem comes in such modems. I have seen modem comes with driver set. When modem is not detected then try to reinstall driver only, do not install whole software, you can find driver in modem itself or place where its software is installed.
