Bachlor degree is must for job abroad (Animation Job in US)

Hi,
I want to know if a degree is compulsory for job abroad or not?
I want you to tell me what is the criteria to get a job in US for Animation?
Do i need a degree in animation for job in US or for the work Visa?
Please help.
