Annual Maintenance contract with IFB washing machine is useless

I have taken an AMC for my IFB 5Kg ( 6 years old) elite executive washing machine on Sep 2012 for 2 years by paying 4812/-.
But till now the spare parts (shock absorber) is not being changed. They just tighten the screws, make it work for a week and then it goes faulty again. I am tired of calling the call center. I regret of taking up the AMC. I should have discarded the machine and gone for a new one

Paying 4812 is quite weird just a couple of thousands bug would get you a new one.

AMC is not useful for small things and basically home appliance, I find AMC only useful for those things which are used a lot like a photocopier in a big office. AMC of washing machine which is used at home doesn't make sense at all.
