How to send PM in forum at eTI?

I would like to share some articles with you. How to PM you?

Sending PM is easy , all you need is to click on Balloon which is next EMAIL icon below user name of the person. However, to send PM you need to have atleast 15 posts on this forum, it is in order to fight a certain type of spam.

I am not sure how many posts I have, but a msg saying you have less than 10 posts stopped coming some time back. maybe I still don't have 15 posts as I cannot see the email icon below your name. let me try a post a few more posts and then get back to you in case I still face issues.Cheers!
