All sims are now cheap . I think tata docomo is best for roaming. they hv very nice features and plans for roaming.

The best available network for internet roaming is BSNL , very cheap roaming charges, nice connectivity. I will suggest you for BSNL.
I feel that Tata Docomo is far ahead than many internet service provider on roaming!!!! I have tried Airtel, and was disappointed with it.
