Applying for passport in other than domicile state

Hi

I am a resident of Haryana. My degree certificate, birth certificate, voter card, matric certificate, ration card are from Haryana. I have been living in Pune for the last 8 months. I want to apply for a fresh passport in Pune. What documents would I require? Will I have to give address proofs of both Haryana and Pune as I have not been living in Pune for 1 year? Will police verification will be done from both Pune and Haryana?
I have running bank account statement showing address of my Pune residence. I have rent agreement also of Pune home. Light bills (Pune) etc are in owner's name. My employer company doesn't issue letterhead for passport purpose.
