I have already registered for Jio Prime membership on 26 March by paying Rs 99 and done the recharge of Rs 303 on 4 April for the 3 months exclusive Jio Summer Surprise Offer, But i didn't recieve any kind of confirmation that the offer has been activated on my number. So how can i confirm that Jio Summer Surprise Offer is activated on my number or not?
Can anyone help me?
It takes 24 hours for getting confirmation from jio servers due to heavy traffic. If you didn’t got confirmation of Jio summer surprise offer activation on your number, Please call 199 and select language you will get confirmation of 3 months complimentary services or please check my plan / recent recharges section under My jio app after 48 hours.
