Hi , I am Hari Pal from Noida and I am facing gum problem. I brush twice a day but still I have swelling of gums. I have also pale yellow colored teeth. If try to clean my teeth with more pressure using brush then gums starts to pain. I try all good things to keep them cleaned but yellowness is not going away. what should I do now ? what is the problem here ? Should I change my toothbrush or change my toothpaste ?
Please advice and help me.
The way you are saying it looks like problem of Pyria because one of my friend had similar problem and he had tried lots of homely remedy but got solved only when he visited dentist. So I suggest to visit dentist because it could be some more serious problem. Also, it is said that deficiency of vitamin C also causes pale yellow tint in teeth.
I suggest that go for doctor and also get some mouthwash, use it after every food to keep your mouth clean. And learn proper technique of brushing the teeth without hurting them.
