How to get Reliance Broadband Thunder 699 2mbps unlimited Plan in Indore

Hi,
I am a guy from Indore and my most of the time goes on internet watching online movies and songs and even cricket highlights. I came to know about the new plan from reliance which is I think basically in 4G and I want to use it.
I also tried to find it out that from where to get this recharge of 699 2mbps but, unfortunately It is not with any of the recharge service provider here.

Can you guys help me out to get my recharge done?
