Can't upload facebook videos- stucks after uploading a little

Guys and girls, I need help to solve problem of uploading facebook videos. I have 3G connection with average speed 1mbps upload and 2 mbps download. Needless to say, connection is fast enough for day to day browsing. But here I have very strange problem in uploading videos to facebook, it is not uploading video, it uploads for a while and then stops and keeps stuck there forever. I can test speed and they are in above mentioned ranges. I am trying to upload a 4 mb video, it generally takes a minute to upload this size video but its not uploading. It stats, uploads for a while and then stucks..

What could be the problem ?

There could be various problem, could be temporary problem with facebook too. Have you tried changing browser ? What browser you are using now ? You can also clear its cache and try after that.

Other option I can think of is try alternate connection, if is uploaded then problem with your ISP.
