hello mam Please help me out with my refund :( i had made online payment for passport appointment amt of RS. 1512.75 being deducted from my account but not received any mail against confirm appointment neither i am getting my refund my ARN number 17-0003731658 dt09.03.17
If your account balance is deducted and your appointment is not yet confirmed , Then your amount will be refunded in your account in 2 working days and if it is not refunded automatically then you have to make a complaint in the passport office along with your transaction details.
