Whatsapp messages delayed on Lenovo P780 android phone

I m using this phone from 10 days. phone functions are excellent but I facing a weird problem. im not getting the whatsapp msgs on instant means when my friend send me msgs I m receiving that after 1 or 2 hours even if im in good coverage area.its not a problem of network as I m getting calls without any fault.

Any body ever faced thsi problem, then please give solution to help on this.

It is clearly not problem with Phone but it is problem with network. It is actually issue when some network disconnects your data connection but call works fine. I have faced this problem, you should try it with some other network and it will be solved. Or try to just reconnect your data connection.
