However before submitting cheque, do confirm with local bsnl office.Quote:
One they have automatic bill collecting machine where you can insert cheque provide details via touch screen panel.
Second is simply submit it on counter..
Cheque must be in favour of "BSNL AO, <YOUR CITY NAME">
And on back of check you should write your phone number , bsnl phone account number.
