How you got your SIM activated, was it done through some LYF phone or it was done through some eligible SAMSUNG handset ? Btw, if its not working then don't worry as from 5th September, Reliance Jio offer is available to anyone with any phone. I think all you need is to call customer care and tell them that your SIm is not working on phone other than LYF.
