Anyone has ever used British Nutrition Whey Platinum Standard and X-TRA whey ?
First of all I like to know what is difference between both of the protein supplement ? I know they both are whey protein product but what is difference.
The X-TRA whey is about Rs. 1000 costlier than Whey protein standard.
Overall I find British Nutritions very costly as compared to other brands.
British Nutrition is an Indian Company from Bangalore with worldwide reach. Their products are considered average among bodybuilders world wide but if you compare their prices with other Indian brand, they are fairly costly.
The Whey Platinum standard has around 66% protein content while X-Tra whey contains around 83% protein content and hence X-Tra whey is costly.
If cost is not issue, I think British Nutrition is the brand which can be trusted as source of quality supplements.
yes, you are right, they are pretty costly. I will still wait for someone who has actually used their products.
