New BSNL SIM KERALA not activated even after one week

Hi I'm Anupam. A from Varkala , Trivandrum district, KERALA.
My Mother( Mrs. Leena Akraman) took BSNL new sim on last Tuesday ( 24-05-2016). But it is not activated till today.
What will we do???
Help me for solving this problem.
