Can't submit UPCPMT 2014 examination form- stuck on Reconfirm

Sir I need help please help me.
I am trying to submit my examination form for UPCPMT 2014 from last 2 days, form is completed, have uploaded all required documents, have done all thing but form is not accpeted, it is continuously asking me to reconfirm.
Once I submit, it asks for "CONFIRM" , after that again ask for reconform, if I submit then again ask for reconfirm. Its going on and on . I have tried internet explorer , mozilla firefox, google chrome but still can't submit. Now it is last date today . I also sent mail to official mail they provided but no reply.

Also their number for help for website form is always busy, constantly trying from last 2 days but always busy.

Help please ..

Dear Vaishali, these online Govt. people are stupids, I once had similar problem with one of the online examination, it was that I can't submit it no matter what browser I use, in the end I used Internet Explorer in compatibility mode as IE 7 and it worked. IF you are using latest IE then try to press "F12" and change compatibility mode to oldest IE mode available. See if that helps.
