Pus cells 4 to 5 cells / hpf - what it leads to ?

In test, i got 4 - 5 Pus cells. What it leads to ?

It can be nothing but a lot of things, it can be due to simple infection to some renal (kindney) issues. Doctor use such test along with your other symptoms to get idea of the problem. You have not mentioned what made you take that test ? But in the end of the day if you are unsure then always discuss doctor.
