Problems with TVS Apache RTR 160 FI - bike stops in low speed

Hi

This is Himesh , I have purchased a new TVS Apache RTR 160 with Fuel Injection in April 2011 .Since the time I purchased it i am facing a strange as well as dangerous problem. The Byke stops suddenly when i am riding it in low speeds in the range of 25-35 ,but the same problem have been not encountered in high speeds.When we drive in city traffic we have to drive in less speed and the bike stops many number of time which is prone to an accident especially when we are driving in upward direction like Basements and Subways.TVS dealer have done 2 services and they are not able to rectify it and I am very unsatisfied with the bike.

Can I ask TVS Motors to replace this bike with another bike with another bike????
