How to apply for a new check book in punjab national bank?

Hi, i have a old checkbook and now i want to withdrawal a amount for which i applied a check but the check wag rejected when i ask the branch manager he said that you have to reissue a check book as rules has been changed from this year. I said what type of checkbook he said go to that counter he will help. But i waited for 1 hours and nothing work out. He was went out for launch and came back after 1 hour when i left the bank.

Now i would like to ask what can i do and what can i not. Please reply in a hurry.

I think you should go to the bank branch again. Ask the clerks over there they will definitely help you out, and try to go in early morning. Don't go at the time of launch.
