one is 99/month
second one is 10/month.

Why on the earth you need to pay for call blocking feature. Seariouly I do not see any need to spend even single rupee. What I understand that it allows you to block unwanted calls. Mostly people get irritated from promotional calls but there is even simple and free solution.
1. First activate DND (send sms "start DND 1" to 1909) , this will block almost all unwanted calls but make sure to see right proces from their website.
2. Install any free call blocking app, they give you choice to block any calls you don't want to even see.
Don't fall pray to such stupid features when you can do that for free.
