Father against marriage because my boyfriend is from a village

I am in love with a guy , he is 7 yrs older than me.. we want to get married ans tried every possible way to convince my parents. His parents are ready even my parents were..except my dad.. because he belongs to a village area. I am totally fine with it.. but my dad says that i wont be able to adjust n all.. but i really wanna marry him... once my dad agrees but then later he said no... now we both are goin on a rough patch ... plss help me....i really dont know what to do ...how to convince my dad... i really wanna confront him but m scared. As my mom tells me..like u want ur dad to die..or to do something bad n stuff...plsssssss help 😦

Well, you have not mentioned what he does for his living ?
What if he can move to city along with his family.. don't you think it will resolve all the issues ?
