Miss World Malaysia 2009 title Won By Thanuja Ananthan an Indian Law Student

Tanuja 23 year law student last year participated in the same title but returned and Proved herself by wining the title with her own.

Tanuja was very much nervous before the winner announcement as she felt that she had not given her best shot in the question and answer session.

Before to crown her Judges asks the question to her if she was to land in a scandal

She replied it very smartly and said "Scandals are disgraceful gossips and I do not condone them. There never was and never will be any about me because I stick to my principles and will not compromise in anything that is against something I strongly believe in"

After her answer she was crown the Miss World Malaysia .
