Best way to receive settings automatically :

you can get settings through sms :

<Phone Company Name> <Phone Model> to 58355

In your case, it should be :

samsung  B7320 to 58355

If it says no settings for this phone then simply try to get settings for any other common samsung phone which comes with windows. That should work.

Thought, you only need to set APN, you can do manually :

[b]Settings--> Connections--> GPRS-->New (Give a name for the connection eg bsnlGPRS)--> Connects to - internet, Access point - bsnlnet, rest leave blank or default
