There is no need to panic if you have lost your credit card PIN number. It is quite easy to generate in most of the banks. But as you have not mentioned from which bank you have your card, I can't give you precise instruction to get it back.
Though almost all banks provide one or other way to generate it online by asking your details and then using OTP etc. to verify. But you can also get it from credit card customer care help line for that bank. All banks have dedicated card helpline, you can call them and then ask them for exact procedure. Mostly they are given (helpline numbers) at the back of your card.
