Synopsis

The movie is a sarcastic take on Love, which explores the shift of power between genders in today's society, and its effect on modern relationships. The film presents a point of view that for years men have patiently fulfilled the atrocious demands, submitted at the hint of a tear and bore the brunt of vicious mood swings of women in the name of Love.

The director presents 'Pyaar ka Punchnama' as a call to the men of the world to come together against the candy floss and embrace 'Laundayi'.

Character Sketch

Rajat: A carefree, happy-go-lucky man, he is for now stuck in his job, but soon plans to open his own café as he enjoys cooking. He loves being with his friends. An emotional man, he is prone to exploitation by people he loves or people who are close to him.

Chaudhary: The 'dude' of the group. The other two look up to him as he is bothered by nothing and is always there as a pillar of strength for the other two. He loves Pink Floyd. He stands erect as a stoic personality, always seeking fun and getting attached to nothing.

Liquid: The complaint-box! He is an unhappy civil engineer, coding for a software firm and obviously out of place. He is unhappy with his life, his job and everything else, all the time. He doesn't even plan to change it, he is happy complaining!
