Oil Pulling - Benefit of Coconut Oil Preventing Bleeding Gums- Cavity & Bad Breadth
Ever heard of oil pulling ? Its an ancient Ayurvdic process of swishing mouth with edible , unrefined oil. It is very helpful as per Ayurved and helps you to fight germs, cavity, parasites and lot more.

Oil pulling is very easy method, we are choosing coconut oil because it has its own advantages with its anti-inflammatory properties.
How to do it ?
Just take 1-2 spoon of coconut oil in your mouth, swish for 20 minutes and then expel and rinse with water. Make sure you do not gargle as it may then transfer all your mouth toxic directly into your stomach You may also wish take 1 tablespoon of baking soda to clear up things by swishing it for a minute or two after oil pulling.
