Stay order in our common passage

Dear Sir,

I have one property 4katha before my father died my father sale one khata in my house back side and walking purpose 6 feet common passage . Now that man sale his one khata to another party without my knowledge and the above man last four years not given any property tax due to he is not made Mutation I am paid last four years 4 katha property tax and other tax .Now purchase person is a criminal man and any other charges against him for his antisocial activities.Now my question how to stay order the above common passage .Please help me as soon as possible otherwise the criminal man enter my area.
