On ebay, they sell I kind of item, from used to new, are you sure when you went to purchase, it was mentioned new but not used one?
yes i paid for new lcd sony bravia-32bx350 but i received old sony bravia-klv32u300a(it is used and old model).
The page where they are selling this item , make its screenshot along with url, also if you have any kind of coinfirmation email of order with details, keep it safe and you need to make complaint to police. Be prepared, however, before doing this, send email to ebay that you are going to lodge FIR against this fraud, hopefully they will then take action. Just make sure you have enough proof that you ordered for new model, you received old one.
