vodafone big loosers

>:(i m customer for vodafone service from past 4 years earlier when hutch was main operater service provided was best in service.
but when vodafone came to india service has degraded to lowest in gsm category.
recently i send request to put my no in DO NOT DISTURB LIST they said it would take 45DAYS to process i was shocked!!!!!!!!!!
if you have experienced such experiences you can share it here.
