i am not memorizing my user id ofr bsnl selfcare portal, whenever i am trying my luck with forgot password scrren , i am able to get new password for my customer id but without user id its of no use.

I think when you register for first time, they send you email with details. You can search for that mail . Otherwise, only way is to contact computer cell of broadband department, they can help you.
