How can i complain to idea for my sim reactivation

I took a connection before may be 6 months and actually there is still around more than 40,000 credit with Idea as per the bill. Bill shows clearly amount due as ( negative) -4x,xxx means money extra paid. Also due date is shown as nil. Moreover, every month when Ide adds up the rental charges, my payable is sowing from for example -44000 to -43,000 assuming 1,000 as monthly rent for easy under standing. However the idea is asking me to settle the dues an then only they will reconnect. As of now, I am not able to use my sim. My account number is 100015362483. Kerala

Have you tried speaking to nearby customer care ? Apparently its a post pay connection, so I guess there is monthly charges for taxes etc.. and I guess that you have to pay .
