I heard that apple IPAD uses microSIM but in India MicroSIM is not available. I want to buy one but I want to first get assurance that I dont face problem in future.
Can I ask company to give me microsim instead of normal sim ?

It is easy, you can simply cut a regular SIM so that it can get fixed in MicroSIM slot. That is not a big issue.
