Hello sir, I bought a handset which was stolen by someone and i was not aware from this that it is stolen handset. Now m so tense about my handset.. So, plz tell what should i do now and i don't want that i face any kind of problem from this .. Should i stop using this handset or deposit it to any near police station ? Plz help me what should i really do ? :(
It is bad practice to buy something stolen. Now you are equally part of the crime because by buying stolen things you are supporting it. Now you are on your own luck, if real owner of phone has made complaint then it is matter of time that police will find you and then they will not believe your story and will charge you equally for offense along with the person you purchased the phone.
