HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw or Ricoh SP310SFNw Multi Function printer buying advice ?

Hi,

I have been looking to buy a new Multifunctional printer, my budget is Rs. 10000 (approx.) for this. I have following must have requirements :

1. Should have good scanner with high resolution.
2. Need to have WIFI interface.
3. Laser printer (ofcourse).
4. Automatic Duplex Printer (if possible)
5. ADF (if possible)

So after some research , I came up with following printers :

Has WIFI
Scanner is upto 1200 dpi
Comes from well known brand.

EDIT: This model is not available in India.

Since one of the two shortlisted is not available, I need to now find another one.

Found Brother DCP-1616NW
Scanner : Max 600 x 1200 dpi
Has ADF
WIFI

I will avoid printer with 600x600 optical scan resolution. Now I am confused as hell because they all have almost same price and same features. Also, I don't want canon.
