Computer and tv addiction - Way to get rid of addiction

I spend majority of my time on tv and computers and i m addicted to them. Can anyone suggest me ways to get de addicted.

Hi Priyank, addition to TV is certainly more poisonous than computer. I am not addicted to TV but whenever I sit in front of TV, I find myself wasting my time. Infact, I never realize that by watching TV I wasted so much important hours of my day. If you watch TV then limit yourself to one favourite show and nothing more than that. For computers, what do you do on it most of the time ?

Get yourself engaged in something productive and rewarding. Yes, rewarding and you will start forgetting about TV and computers.
