How to Delete hidden temporary files from %temp%

hiii,,,,
when i open %temp% it shows some hidden files in to it but dont delete them. How could I delete them??

yes cleaner software is the best choice. but sometimes it won't delete everything. you can boot PC with Ubuntu or fedora disc and delete these files
