Labrador 8 year old dog with Patchy and dry skin : kindly guide me

i have a 8 year old labrador he got rabies n hepatities injections between we paint our house after some days his skin become patchy and dry with dandruff so we made him to vist vet so he gave him an injection on his spines after some day we noticed he was in fever and and then he his dragging his hind right leg and cripling in right foreleg too his right eye and ear is also not working another thing his left eye is bit protruded.plzzz guide

From what I can see , your dog got paralysis in right area and I think that injection given on wrong location could be culprit. Did your vet told you what kind of dandruff is that, is it dry or oily, is it due to bacteria or due to problem in diet of dog ?
