Have you tried your connection on other PC or laptop, is it slow there also .. if yes then its because MTS is really going mad with their userbase, they are selling 40GB at Rs.999 but using WCDMA technology which has its own limit. So with time, you will get even slower internet access as the number of user will increase in your area.
I think you should raise complaint with MTS for slow speed. Atleast they will get to know about it.
