Passport appointment missed what should I do now ?

i have reached my resheduling limit for passport appointment and i will not be able to attend on the given date , i cant wait for a year for my passport.what happens if i dint attend on given date and will i be able to reshedule? someone pls help me it emergency

Can i view back my passport application?i dont have print out yet and i cant register back for the same schedule of application
