Tikona service engineers are not co operative in configuring in Wifi router TP-LINK TD-W8968 300 mbs. They are only focussing on visiting charges. They even call you at 11 pm at pre-sales level. After sales you have to call several times. Then also you wont get proper answer.... They always prefer new customers...
For what you need their help ?
If you can connect directly to PC using with RJ45 connector and can surf internet then you can easily connect that cable to your router and use its wireless. Their support is definitely not upto the mark, it is not because they don't provide it, but its all messed up, they try hard but its not possible to handle things the way they have organized / or dis-organized it.
