Water is like hell - I am afraid of Water

my greatest fear is that i cannot stay in water while bathing also i cannot pour a filled bucket on my body i get scare and nervos

It is known as Hydrophobia, do you have following symptoms ?

- Fear of drowning or being submerged, even by irrational amounts of water.
- Avoiding any and all situations in which a body of water may be present.
- Avoidance of most liquids, not just water.
- Keeping a distance from liquid sources such as sinks and showers

i believe its hydrophobia...
i know its really difficult for you but seriously instead of being carried away by the phobia you should try to overcome it...
u can start it by watching a lot of movies with beaches and seas...
it may b threatening first but later on you will get used to it...
try to feel it..it gives life so it obviously cant b bad..
u can jst see a swimming pool...after some time u may feel like going into it..
these r small ways which may help u subvert your fears
