Daddy Cool is remake of British film Death at a Funeral. The Producer bought the Rights of Remake of the Movie in Bollywood Sytle.

Daddy cool is completely like the Original movie like Dress and the some dialogs which just translated from the Original. Death of Funeral was not a Comedy movie but and that not that hit the UK Box office. Similar here Director not able to make the Remake to Suit the Indian Audience .

Story goes like :- An Income tax office who fears from GOD got expired and its about his Funeral and the Movie is all about the whats going on the funeral Ceremony.

Douglas Lazarus the Income Tax officers Funeral the cast come to morn with the family & friends. where is also an intruder who hovers around the coffin and every one thinks that he is Douglas's Friend untill his identity unveiled.then an unsuspecting capsule housed in a Relaxo bottle is the cause of much pain for Michael (Aftab Shivdasani) the Capsule is has hallucinating drug which is mixed by Harry (Chunkey Pandey) and then Michael gave the same capsule to her girlfriend Maria (Tulip Joshi) as she is very much tense to that she have to face his father in the Funeral.

Then Rajpal yadav introduced him self as Andrew Symonds the Minute before the mourners arrive the family delivered the coffin to the wrong body. Sunil Shetty (Steven Lazarus ) the son and mother is aghast and Steven Lazarus wife Nancy (Aarti Chhabria) plans for shifting the home. and even the younger brother of Steven want his pet dogs to his mother.

Javed jaffery( Carlos) betterayed by his wife Kim sharma ( jenny) and bullied by his Friend . Carlos asked his wife to wear balc Dress and when turns out she finds the room of full of men in black.

The story is full of hassel Bussel in the funeral and some where you can find the Slight comedy in the movie some manages to keep the joke in the limits and some goes to access... All of them manages to perform. The Movie is like American pie with Indian Tadka !
